Simple Return / Warranty Policy:
Simply call or fax request to return item(s) within 90 days.
We will fax or mail you a return form, return labels with instructions (fax is preferred).
Fill it out, fax it back. generally we will cover shipping costs on replacement item(s)
Our warranty extends to the 90 days also.
Cancelled Orders. If your order is cancelled prior to us shipping the original order, we charge 33% cancellation charge on cancelled orders. Because our items are custom made / made to order and cannot be put into stock, we must charge 33% to cancel and dispose of / cut up and properly dispose of / of any order.
Returns: Upon our inspection of the items(s), we replace the product(s) or refund the amount paid (in form of merchandise credit) for the product(s). In no circumstances will we refund shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded to us by any shipping company, therefore we cannot do refunds for shipping charges. Refunds are handled as a merchandise credit only. This can used in the future for another purchase for one of our products. If the credit is not used in the first 3 months (90 days) then a refund will be issued direct (to the credit card) to the person originating the order. Normally we have found that most credits are used by the customer within this time period.
Of course, used, modified, altered, painted, drilled or damaged items are not returnable. Hoods made to order and with scoops over 5" tall (6", 7",9" etc.), not refundable as these are special order and made custom.
Customer agrees that disputes regarding shipping, damage, product, or other, we at Unlimited Products will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Unresolved disputes customer agrees to arbitration only. Arbitration agreement available upon request.
